Use of Proceeds
An amount equivalent to the proceeds of the issue of the Instruments will be used in accordance with the OP Corporate Bank plc’s Green Bond Framework, as discussed in "Green Bonds" in the Base Prospectus, dated 20 December 2023 as supplemented
