Stellantis Financial Services US Corp. (“SFS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stellantis N.V. (“Stellantis”, Ticker: STLA), rated Baa2 (Stable) by Moody’s and BBB (Negative) by S&P, has mandated BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan, and Wells Fargo Securities as Joint Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls starting from Monday 8th September. A preliminary offering memorandum and electronic presentation with voiceover has been made available. Wells Fargo Securities is coordinating marketing logistics.

An inaugural multi-tranche USD benchmark 144A/Reg S senior unsecured notes issuance targeting front-end tenors may follow, subject to market conditions.
