(Moody’s: Baa1 / S&P: A- / Fitch: A-)*, a leading global telecommunications company, has mandated, through its subsidiary América Móvil B.V., BNP Paribas as Global Coordinator & Joint Bookrunner and Crédit Agricole CIB and Deutsche Bank as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls and meetings starting on Monday, September 22nd, 2025. BNP Paribas will be coordinating logistics.

A Reg S EUR-denominated 5-year Senior Unsecured Bond may follow, subject to market conditions.
