Convatec Group plc (Ticker: CTECLN), a leading global medical products and technologies company, rated Baa3 (stable), BBB- (positive), BBB (stable) by Moody’s, S&P and Fitch, has mandated BofA Securities, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and NatWest to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing 30 September 2025. HSBC will be co-ordinating logistics. A Deal Roadshow presentation with voiceover will be made available. A USD-denominated benchmark 144A/RegS 10-year senior unsecured fixed rate offering may follow, subject to market conditions. The notes will be issued by 180 Medical, Inc. and guaranteed by Convatec Group plc, Convatec Inc. and Convatec Finance Holdings Limited.
