META’s $30bn 6-part seemed to take most by surprise.  Along with some chunky FIGs (HSBC $5bn; SANTAN $2.8bn; NWG $2.3bn) and a few sub $1bn corps, the final total for the day was $41.700bn.  October DID beat its estimate – AND THEN SOME!  We’ll let the stats tell the story.
