Metlen Energy & Metals PLC (Ticker: MTLN:LN and MTLN:ATH) (the “Parent”) and Metlen Energy & Metals Single-Member S.A. (the “Company”) (MYTIL), a leading global energy and industrial company (HQ: Athens, Greece), rated BB+ (Stable) by S&P and BB+ (Stable) by Fitch, announce that the Company has mandated BNP Paribas, Citigroup, HSBC and Morgan Stanley as Joint Global Coordinators to arrange on its behalf a series of fixed income investor calls in Europe starting on Monday, November 17th. HSBC is coordinating roadshow logistics.

A fixed rate € Benchmark, Reg S 5.5-year senior unsecured Bond offering guaranteed on a senior basis by the Parent is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. New issue proceeds will be used to repay certain existing indebtedness, for general corporate purposes and to pay fees and expenses in connection with the offering. A pre-recorded Investor Presentation with voice-over and a stand-alone preliminary Offering Memorandum will be made available on NetRoadshow.
