Moody's/S&P rate Ardagh Metal Packaging Finance plc/Ardagh Metal Packaging Finance USA LLC (AMBP, AMPBEV) US$1.285bn equivalent (EUR/US$) 144A/Reg S sr sec green notes 5.25yNC2 2-part B2/B+ (stable/stable). Via JPM/Citi+. S&P also raised the issuer credit rating to B- from CCC+, sr sec notes to B+ from B, and sr notes to CCC+ from CCC.
