Q4 2025 crossed into record territory today – beating current record holder 2021 and becoming the first Q4 ever to cross the $300bn mark.  Pushing the quarter over the market were 8 deals for $7.100bn – the third day in-a-row with a deal count of 8. Today also pushed the week (now $28.500bn) above its estimate.

Record months in October ($132.580bn) and November ($140.025bn) already had Q425 sitting in second place on the Largest Q4 List with a combined $272.605bn.  Coming in today we were only $621m shy of the record.  With today’s $7.100bn, Q425 now sits at $301.105bn – the first Q4 ever to cross the $300bn mark.
