Bank Hapoalim, the largest retail bank in Israel, has mandated Barclays, Citi, Goldman Sachs International, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a Global Investor Call at 11:00 AM NYT / 4:00 PM UKT on Tuesday, 6 January 2026, along with a series of fixed income investor calls also commencing on Tuesday, 6 January 2026.
An inaugural 144A/RegS USD-denominated 3.5-Year and 7-Year senior unsecured notes offering is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated BBB+ / A- by S&P / Fitch.
