Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. (“DAE”) (rated Baa2 (Stable) by Moody’s and BBB (Stable) by Fitch), a global aviation services company headquartered in Dubai with a diversified portfolio of over 200 airline customers in over 80 countries worldwide, has mandated Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Bank of China, BNP PARIBAS, Goldman Sachs International, and Mizuho as Joint Active Bookrunners, alongside Bank ABC, Credit Agricole CIB, Emirates NBD Capital, Fifth Third Securities, First Abu Dhabi Bank, HSBC, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Natixis and Truist as joint passive bookrunners, and RAKBANK as Co-Manager (together referred to as the “Managers”), to arrange a series of global fixed income investor calls on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. A presentation with audio recording will supplement the calls, and Mizuho is coordinating logistics.
A benchmark U.S. dollar-denominated Rule 144A/Regulation S senior unsecured 7-year bond, issued under DAE Funding LLC’s (the “Issuer”) Global Medium Term Note Program, irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by DAE (ticker: DUBAEE) is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated Baa2 by Moody’s and BBB by Fitch.
