London Stock Exchange Group plc (“LSEG”, Ticker LSELN) has mandated BNP PARIBAS, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and Morgan Stanley as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on Friday 13th March.

Morgan Stanley is coordinating logistics.

An LSEG SparkLive Roadshow presentation will be made available. A USD-denominated, 144A/Reg S, Multi-tranche FRN/FXD benchmark-sized senior unsecured offering issued by LSEG US Fin Corp. and fully guaranteed by London Stock Exchange Group plc is likely to follow, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated A3 by Moody’s and A by S&P. The proceeds of any offering will be used to refinance indebtedness and for General Corporate Purposes. A Preliminary Offering Memorandum will be made available.
