- US$5.5bn (down from US$6.5bn) equivalent sr sec notes. Ba3/BB (stable/stable).
Consisting of US$3.75bn (down from US$4.75bn) and EUR (US$1.75bn equivalent) tranches.
- US$2.5bn sr unsec notes.
March biz (lender call 10am NYT 03/17; small group meetings 03/17-18; Commitment deadline 5pm local time 03/23). UOP: along with US$3.25bn term loan A and US$6.75bn (up from US$5.75bn) equivalent (consisting of US$5bn (up from US$4bn) and EUR1.531bn (US$1.75bn equivalent)) sr sec term loan B via JPM/BofA/Barc/BMO/Citi/ DB/KKR/MS/RBC/BNP/HSBC/ Jefferies/Mizuho/ MUFG/Santander/BS/WFS/Citizens/ Scotia/Stifel jt books, to fund the acquisition of Electronic Arts by Public Investment Fund, Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners for $210 per share in cash representing an enterprise value of $55bn.
