WPP 2025 LLC (“WPP”, Ticker: WPPLN), a wholly owned subsidiary of WPP plc, rated Baa3 (stable) by Moody’s, BBB (negative) by S&P and BBB (stable) by Fitch, has mandated Barclays, BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan as Joint Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of virtual investor calls commencing today, Monday, 23rd March. An electronic presentation with voiceover and a Preliminary Prospectus Supplement will be made available.

BofA Securities is coordinating marketing logistics.

A USD-denominated benchmark-sized, 10-year, SEC-Registered, senior, unsecured offering with expected ratings of Baa3 by Moody’s, BBB by S&P and BBB by Fitch*, and guaranteed by WPP plc, WPP Jubilee Limited and WPP 2005 Limited, may follow, subject to market conditions.
