The United Kingdom, rated Aa3/AA/AA- by Moody's/S&P/Fitch, has mandated BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs International Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Santander and UBS Investment Bank to lead manage the syndication of a new gilt maturing on 31-Jul-36 (ISIN code GB00BWBR1N39).
The transaction is currently planned to take place in the week commencing 13-Apr-26, subject to demand and market conditions. Further details of this transaction will be announced in due course.
