NAVER Corporation, rated A3/A- (Moody's/S&P), has mandated Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Standard Chartered Bank to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls in Asia and EMEA commencing on 9-Apr-26.

An expected benchmark, Reg S-only, US$ 5-year and € 3- or 7-year senior unsecured green notes offering will follow, subject to market conditions.
