Softbank Corp., (ticker: "SOBKCO") rated BBB/BBB+ (S&P/Fitch), has mandated J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, and Mizuho to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls scheduled for 08-Apr-26 and 09-Apr-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. J.P. Morgan will be coordinating logistics.

An expected benchmark, Reg S, Senior Unsecured Long 6-year and Long 10-year € offering will follow, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated BBB by S&P and BBB+ by Fitch.
