MANDATE: Louis Dreyfus Inv Calls; Reg S €500m 7yr Sr Unsec Offering May Follow

Louis Dreyfus Company Finance B.V. (Ticker: LOUDRE, Country: NL), guaranteed by Louis Dreyfus Company B.V. (BBB+ stable outlook by S&P), a global merchant and processor of agricultural goods, has mandated BNP Paribas, MUFG, Natixis, Rabobank and SMBC to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing Monday 13-Apr-26.

A pre-recorded investor presentation (with voiceover) will also be made available.

A €500m expected Reg S Bearer, fixed-rate, senior unsecured Bond offering with a 7-year maturity may follow, subject to market conditions. The new Notes are expected to be rated BBB+ by S&P, will be issued under the newly established EUR3,500,000,000 EMTN Programme and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

  • Use of Proceeds: The net proceeds of the issue of the Notes will be applied by the Issuer for general corporate purposes of the Group, investments in accordance with the Group’s investment strategy and refinancing of existing indebtedness.
  • Manufacturer Target Market (MIFID II/UK MIFIR product governance): eligible counterparties and professional clients only (all distribution channels).
  • PRIIPs: No PRIIPs key information document (KID) has been prepared as the Notes will not be available to retail in the EEA or the UK.
