US$ NEW CORP MANDATE – OCP S.A. PNC5.25 & PNC10.25 US$ INVESTOR CALLS US$

OCP S.A., a global leader in the fertilizer industry, rated Baa3/BBB-/BB+ by Moody's/S&P/Fitch, has mandated BNP Paribas, Citi and J.P. Morgan as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners to arrange a series of virtual fixed income investor calls starting on Tuesday 14-Apr-26. A pre-recorded Investor Presentation with voice-over will be made available on DealRoadshow. Citi is coordinating logistics.

A benchmark US$-denominated Rule 144A/Reg S dual-tranche hybrid bond transaction, consisting of PNC5.25 and/or PNC10.25 tranches, expected to be rated Ba2 by Moody’s and BB by S&P, may follow, subject to market conditions. FCA/ICMA stabilisation applies.
