Sompo Holdings, Inc. (the “Issuer”, Ticker: SMPHD), one of the largest property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies in Japan providing insurance services both domestically and internationally, rated A- (stable) by S&P, and A+ (stable) by Fitch, has mandated J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of telephonic investor calls across Asia, Europe and the US commencing on April 14, 2026. A benchmark size offering of US$ 144A / Reg S 11NC10 senior callable fixed-to-fixed reset rate notes (the “Notes”) is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated A3 by Moody’s, BBB+ by S&P, and A by Fitch.
