Goodman Group (ticker: GMGAU), rated Baa1/BBB+ (Moody's/S&P), has mandated DBS Bank Ltd., HSBC, ING, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and SMBC to arrange a series of global fixed income investor calls across Asia, Europe and the US, commencing on Monday 20-Apr-26. J.P. Morgan will be coordinating logistics.
A US$-denominated 144A/Reg S senior unsecured 10-year and/or 20-year benchmark notes offering and/or €-denominated 144A/Reg S senior unsecured 7-year benchmark notes offering may follow, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated Baa1 by Moody’s and BBB+ by S&P and will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Goodman Limited, Goodman Funds Management Limited, in its capacity as responsible entity of Goodman Industrial Trust, and Goodman Logistics (HK) Limited.
HSBC and J.P. Morgan are acting as Joint Global Coordinators. The Active Bookrunners for any US$-denominated notes offering will be DBS Bank Ltd., HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho and Morgan Stanley. The Active Bookrunners for any €-denominated notes offering will be HSBC, ING, J.P. Morgan, RBC Capital Markets and SMBC.
