JSC Kaspi.kz (ticker: "KSPI", country: Kazakhstan), rated Baa3 by Moody’s and BBB- by Fitch (both stable outlook), has mandated Citi and J.P. Morgan as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners and BCC Invest as Kazakhstan manager to arrange a Global Investor Call and a series of fixed income investor calls today, 20-Apr.
A 144A/Reg S US$ benchmark 5-year senior unsecured notes offering will follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated Baa3 by Moody’s and BBB- by Fitch, in line with the Company’s ratings.
The Company is the leading payments, marketplace and fintech technology platform in Kazakhstan operating a unique two-sided business model: Kaspi.kz Super App for consumers and Kaspi Pay Super App for merchants. In Türkiye, Kaspi.kz owns 85.66% of Hepsiburada, a leading e-commerce technology platform.
