Argan SA, the leading French logistics real estate company, (ticker: "ARG FP", country: France) rated BBB- by S&P, has mandated J.P. Morgan, Crédit Agricole CIB, BNP Paribas and Société Générale to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 21-Apr-26 and 22-Apr-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. J.P. Morgan will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €500m WNG, Reg S, Green Senior Unsecured 3.5-year Euro offering will follow, subject to market conditions.
