Liverpool Victoria Financial Services Limited (ticker: "LVFRSC"), rated BBB+ (Stable) by S&P, has mandated Barclays and Jefferies as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing today, 27-Apr-26. Jefferies is co-ordinating logistics and an electronic deal roadshow presentation will be made available.

A £150m WNG 20NC10 Tier 2 transaction from LV Bonds plc, guaranteed by Liverpool Victoria Financial Services Limited, will follow subject to market conditions. The Notes will be in Reg S registered form and are expected to be rated BBB- by S&P. Relevant stabilisation regulations including FCA/ICMA apply.
