Moody's/S&P rate HomeVi S.A.S. (DomusVi) (DMVIFR) EUR500m 144A/Reg S sr sec notes due October 2031 (5.5y) B2/B (stable/stable). Via BNP+. Moody's also upgraded the corporate family rating and existing sr sec bank debt to B2 from B3.
