Spie SA, an independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, (ticker: "SPIEFP", country: FR), has mandated BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB (ESG Structuring Advisor), Natixis and Société Générale as Joint Global Coordinators, and CIC CIB, Commerzbank, HSBC, ING, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley as Joint Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls starting on 05-May-26. A pre-recorded investor presentation with voiceover will also be made available. BNP Paribas is coordinating logistics.

A Reg S, €500m (expected), 5-year, senior unsecured Sustainability-Linked Bond offering may follow, subject to market conditions. The bond is expected to be rated BBB-/BB+ by Fitch/S&P.
