Airbus SE, a global leader in aerospace and defence, (ticker: "AIRFP", country: NL) rated A1 (stable)/A (positive) (Moody's/S&P), has mandated Citi, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale as Global Coordinators and BBVA, Citi, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, ING, Société Générale and UniCredit as active bookrunners to arrange a series of European Fixed Income Investor Calls on 05-May-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. Citi is coordinating logistics.
An expected € Benchmark, Reg S, senior unsecured 7-year EUR offering will follow, subject to market conditions. The notes will be issued under Airbus SE EUR 12bn EMTN Programme. The net proceeds of the issue of notes will be used for general corporate purposes. The notes are expected to be rated A1 by Moody’s.
