Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (“KODIT”), rated Aa2 (stable) by Moody’s and AA (stable) by S&P, has mandated HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings and calls in Asia, commencing on 11-May-26.
A US$-denominated 144A/3c7/Reg S guaranteed senior unsecured bond offering with an expected tenor of 3-year FXD or FRN may follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes, if issued, will be issued by KODIT Global 2026-1 Co. Ltd. and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Guarantor. The Notes are expected to be rated Aa2 by Moody’s and AA by S&P.
KODIT is a public financial institution established on 1-Jun-76 under the provisions of the Credit Guarantee Fund Act. KODIT’s primary business consists of extending such credit guarantee services to SMEs and stimulating sound credit transactions through the efficient management and use of credit information.
