NBN Co Limited, (ticker: "NBNAUS", country: Australia) rated Aa3 (Stable) by Moody’s and AA+ (Stable) by Fitch, has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank and HSBC as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on Monday 11-May-26. NBN Co Limited, wholly-owned by the Commonwealth of Australia, is the operator of Australia’s national wholesale-only open-access broadband network, known as the NBN, and is Australia’s largest fixed broadband provider.
A € benchmark, Reg S, Sustainability Senior Unsecured 7.5-year offering will follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes will be issued under NBN Co Limited’s USD50 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The Notes will be aligned to the ICMA Green Bond Principles (2021), the ICMA Social Bond Principles (2023) and the ICMA Sustainability Bond Guidelines (2021) and in accordance with NBN Co Limited’s Sustainability Bond Framework dated June 2024.
