Amazon.com, Inc. (ticker: "AMZN", country: US) rated A1/AA/AA- by Moody's/S&P/Fitch, has mandated BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan as Joint Bookrunners for a potential inaugural Swiss Franc notes offering.

A Reg S, CHF-denominated multi-tranche benchmark offering across new 3-year, 6-year, 9-year, 12-year, 18-year and 25-year notes may follow in the near future, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated A1 by Moody's, AA by S&P and AA- by Fitch.
