Rolls-Royce Holdings plc, who develop and deliver complex power and propulsion solutions for safety-critical applications in the air, on land and at sea, (ticker: "ROLLS", country: GB), has mandated BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs International, Lloyds, Santander and Société Générale as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls, commencing on 11-May-26. Crédit Agricole CIB is coordinating logistics. A NetRoadshow presentation with voiceover will be made available.
A senior, unsecured, EUR-denominated dual-tranche benchmark-sized offering, with tenors of 5-year and 10-year is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. Proceeds will be used for General Corporate Purposes. The notes are expected to be rated A3 by Moody’s and A- by Fitch, and will be issued under the Issuer’s EMTN Programme, as described in the Offering Circular dated 25-Mar-26.
