MANDATE: International Development Association SEC exempt € bmk 15yr SDB Offering May Follow

IGC European Market: Deal Flow - SSA

The International Development Association (IDAWBG), a member of the World Bank Group, rated Aaa/AAA (Moody's/S&P), has mandated DZ BANK, LBBW, Natixis, and NatWest as joint lead managers for a new 15-year EUR fixed rate benchmark Sustainable Development Bond (SEC exempt).

The issue is expected to be launched and priced in the near future, subject to market conditions.

  • Use of Proceeds: IDA bonds support the financing of a combination of green and social, i.e. sustainable development, projects, programs, and activities in IDA member countries.
