EWE AG, one of the largest utility companies in Germany, (ticker: "EWE", country: GER) rated Baa1 (stable) by Moody's, has mandated BNP Paribas and UniCredit as Global Coordinators, DZ Bank as Green Structuring Advisor and ABN Amro, Commerzbank and DZ Bank as additional Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of European Fixed Income Investor Calls commencing on 18-May-26. BNP Paribas is coordinating logistics.
A Green €500m (WNG) 8-year Reg S, fixed-rate, senior unsecured notes offering, launched off EWE’s Debt Issuance Programme will follow, subject to market conditions. The net proceeds of the issue of notes will be used to finance or refinance Eligible Green Projects in accordance with the EWE Green Finance Framework, published in April 2026. The framework has received a Second Party Opinion from Sustainable Fitch.
