Bank of Valletta plc, (ticker: "BOVMV", country: MT) rated BBB/BBB by S&P/Fitch, has mandated Citi and UBS Investment Bank as Global Coordinators to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing 18-May-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. UBS Investment Bank will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €300m WNG, Reg S Only, Senior Preferred 6NC5 EUR offering will follow, subject to market conditions.

• Programme: The Notes will be issued under the Issuer's €650m EMTN Programme dated 15-May-26
• Governing Law: The notes will be governed by English law; except that Condition 4, Condition 24 and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection therewith which will be governed by Maltese law.
