IGC European Market: Deal Flow - General

TP (formerly known as Teleperformance), a global leader in outsourced customer and citizen experience management and related digital services, (ticker: "RCFFP", country: FR) rated BBB (stable) by S&P, has mandated Crédit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Société Générale as Global Coordinators, together with BNP Paribas, Citi, HSBC and Natixis as Active Bookrunners, to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls starting on 18-May-26. Société Générale is coordinating logistics.

A € Benchmark, Reg S Bearer, senior unsecured, dual-tranche long 5-year (due March-2032) and long 8-year (due January-2035) bond transaction, expected to be rated BBB by S&P, may follow subject to market conditions. The New Notes, if issued, will be offered under the Company’s EMTN Programme.

The proceeds will be used for General Corporate Purposes and the refinancing of existing indebtedness, including the partial refinancing of the Issuer’s EUR500m 0.250% bonds due 26th November 2027 (ISIN: FR0014000S75) and EUR700m 5.250% bonds due 22nd November 2028 (ISIN: FR001400M2F4), targeted by a Tender Offer simultaneously announced by the Company.

Relevant stabilisation regulations apply. The manufacturer target market (MIFID II/UK MIFIR product governance) is eligible counterparties and professional clients (all distribution channels).
