Bank Millennium S.A., a universal Polish Financial Institution, (country: Poland) rated Baa1 (stable) by Moody’s and BBB (stable) by Fitch, has mandated UniCredit as Global Coordinator & Joint Bookrunner together with BofA Securities, Erste Group, and Millennium bcp as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 19-May-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. UniCredit will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €400m, Reg S Bearer, Tier 2 10.25NC5.25 € offering with a call date in August 2031 will follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated Ba1 by Moody’s.
