BAWAG P.S.K. (ticker: "BAWAG"), expected to be rated Aaa by Moody's, has mandated BMO Capital Markets, Citi, RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities and UBS Investment Bank (B&D) as Joint Bookrunners for its upcoming inaugural US$ Benchmark 3Y Mortgage Covered Reg S Bearer transaction.

The issuer is available for one-on-one calls upon request on Tuesday 19-May-26.

The transaction is expected to launch in the near future, subject to market conditions.
