EWE AG, one of the largest utility companies in Germany, (ticker: "EWE", country: GER) rated Baa1 (stable) by Moody's, has mandated BNP Paribas and UniCredit as Global Coordinators, DZ Bank as Green Structuring Advisor and ABN Amro, Commerzbank and DZ Bank as additional Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of European Fixed Income Investor Calls, which concluded after engaging with over 30 investors. BNP Paribas is coordinating logistics.
A Green €500m (WNG), 8-year, Reg S, fixed-rate, senior unsecured notes offering will follow, subject to market conditions, with timing as early as tomorrow, 20-May-26. The net proceeds of the issue of notes will be used to finance or refinance Eligible Green Projects in accordance with the EWE Green Finance Framework.
