Autonomous Community of Madrid (MADRID), (country: Spain) rated A/A3/A/AH/A (S&P/Moody's/Fitch/DBRS/Scope), has mandated BBVA, CaixaBank, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, ING (Sole Green Bond Structurer) and Santander for an upcoming €500m WNG 5yr, maturing 30-Jul-31, European Green Bond Transaction.

The transaction will be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions.

• Target Market: Eligible counterparties and professional clients (all distribution channels)
• Use of Proceeds: The net proceeds will be allocated to activities that are 100% environmentally sustainable under Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, as detailed in the Issuer’s European Green Bond Factsheet, dated May 2025, and aligned with ICMA Green Bond Principles.
