Morgan and Natixis as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls and meetings commencing on 01-Jun-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. Natixis will be coordinating logistics.

An expected € benchmark, Reg S bearer, Tier 2 30NC10 offering will follow, subject to market conditions. The transaction is expected to be rated A2/A- (Moody's/S&P).
