Clariant International Financial Services (Luxembourg) S.à r.l, guaranteed by Clariant AG, the internationally operating specialty chemicals company, headquartered in Muttenz, Switzerland, (ticker: "CLNVX", country: Switzerland) rated BBB- (stable) by S&P, has mandated BofA Securities, Citigroup, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, and Santander as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of Fixed Income Investor Calls on Monday 01-Jun-26 and Tuesday 02-Jun-26. A NetRoadshow presentation with a voice-over has been made available. BofA Securities is coordinating logistics.
An expected €500 million WNG, 5.6-year, senior unsecured bond offering is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. The Bonds, if issued, are expected to be rated BBB- by S&P and will be offered under a standalone prospectus and admitted to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Frankfurt Open Market.
The net proceeds will be used by the Group for general corporate purposes, including but not limited for the purposes of refinancing existing debt. No PRIIPs / UK PRIIPs key information document (KID)/CCI Product Summary has been prepared as the Bonds are not available to retail investors in the EEA or the UK.
