QBE Insurance Group Limited, (ticker: "QBEAU") rated A/A (S&P/Fitch), has mandated Barclays, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and Natixis as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed-income investor meetings commencing on Thursday 4-Jun-26. Barclays and Crédit Agricole CIB will be coordinating logistics.

A potential €300m-500m, Regulation S Registered, 11NC6 Tier 2 Subordinated Notes transaction may follow, subject to market conditions. The expected securities’ ratings are BBB+ (S&P) and BBB+ (Fitch).
