Just Group plc, rated BBB (Fitch) (expected), has mandated HSBC and Morgan Stanley as Global Coordinators to the Issuer, and Barclays, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Santander as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on 8-Jun-26. The company has concurrently announced an any-and-all Tender Offer for its £250,000,000 9.000% Guaranteed Subordinated Notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS1504958817). An electronic investor presentation will be made available. Morgan Stanley will be coordinating logistics.

An expected £250m (WNG), Reg S registered, Tier 2 11.25NC6.25 offering will follow, subject to market conditions.
