Korea Housing Finance Corporation, a 100% government-owned entity established under the Korean Housing Finance Corporation Act (the “KHFC Act”) for the purpose of supporting the government’s housing welfare policy, (ticker: "KHFC") rated Aa2/AA (Moody's/S&P), has mandated Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Nomura and Standard Chartered Bank as Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers to arrange a global investor call on 8 June 2026.
An offering of GBP-denominated 3-year FRN Reg S Social Covered Bonds (ICMA Secured Social Collateral Bond), backed by Korean residential mortgages may follow in the near future, subject to market conditions. The deal is expected to be rated Aaa/AAA (Moody's/S&P) and will be a drawdown from the Issuer’s US$15bn Global Covered Bond Programme under the KHFC Act.
