The European Union, rated Aaa/AA+/AAA/AAA (Moody's/S&P/Fitch/Scope), has mandated Barclays (DM/B&D), BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Santander and UBS as Joint Lead Managers for an upcoming dual tranche transaction.

A € Fixed Rate Reg S Bearer offering, comprising a TAP of the EU 2.500% Benchmark Oct-2030 (ISIN: EU000A4EG021) and a TAP of the EU 3.625% Benchmark Dec-2040 (ISIN: EU000A4EJF17), will be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions.

• Target Market: Professionals, retail and eligible counterparties (all channels for distribution), each as defined in MIFID II/UK MiFIR.
• Stabilisation: FCA/ICMA stabilisation.
