Council of Europe Development Bank, rated Aaa/AAA/AAA (Moody's/S&P/Fitch), has mandated Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Nomura to lead manage a new 10yr EUR RegS Bearer Bond benchmark maturing in June 2036.

The issue is expected to be launched in the near future subject to market conditions.

The manufacturer target markets (MIFID II/MIFIR product governance) as assessed by the lead managers are eligible counterparties and professional clients (all distribution channels). FCA/ICMA stabilisation applies.
