The Hellenic Republic, rated Baa3/BBB/BBB/BBB (Moody's/S&P/Fitch/DBRS), has mandated Alpha Bank, Barclays, Citi, Commerzbank, Nomura and Societe Generale as Joint Lead Managers for an upcoming increase of the existing 10-year GGB Benchmark due 16-Jun-36.

The Reg S Cat1, 144A eligible syndicated transaction will be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions.

• Target Market: (MiFID II and UK MiFIR product governance) is eligible counterparties, professional and retail clients (all channels for distribution)
