Athens International Airport S.A. (equity ticker: "AIA GA", country: GR), the Athens airport operator, expected to be rated Baa1 (stable) by Moody’s and BBB+ (stable) by S&P, has mandated Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Morgan Stanley as Joint Global Coordinators, along with AXIA, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and National Bank of Greece as Joint Bookrunners, to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls starting on 15-Jun-26. Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE is coordinating roadshow logistics.
A debut € Benchmark, Reg S Bearer, Senior Unsecured, Fixed Rate, 7-year bond is expected to follow subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated Baa2 by Moody’s and BBB by S&P. The proceeds will be used for refinancing of existing indebtedness and general corporate purposes. The Notes will be issued under a Standalone Offering Circular to be listed on Euronext Dublin (Global Exchange Market).
