Supernova Invest GmbH (rated BBB- (stable) by Fitch), an Austrian real estate company with a diversified and resilient portfolio including convenience led shopping centres and retail parks with leading positions in Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, and a growing presence in Italy, has mandated Citigroup, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, and J.P. Morgan as Joint Global Coordinators, and Citigroup, Erste Group, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, J.P. Morgan, and UniCredit as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls commencing on Monday, 15-Jun-26. Citigroup is coordinating logistics.
A €300m (WNG) Reg S, fixed-rate, senior unsecured 5-year Notes issuance is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes, if issued, are expected to be rated BBB- by Fitch and will include a 125bps coupon step-up in case of a downgrade. The net proceeds of the issue of the Notes will be used for the general corporate purposes, including acquisitions in Group’s Core Markets and refinancing of secured and unsecured bank debt.
