LANXESS AG, a Germany-based chemicals company, specialized in development, manufacturing and marketing of consumer protection products, additives and chemical intermediates, (ticker: "LXSGR", country: Germany) rated Ba1/BBB (Moody's/Scope Ratings), has mandated J.P. Morgan as Sole Global Coordinator and Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, DZ BANK, J.P. Morgan, Société Générale as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 June 2026. J.P. Morgan is coordinating logistics.

A €500m WNG, Reg S, senior unsecured 5-year bond may follow, subject to market conditions. The notes, if issued, are expected to be rated Ba1 by Moody’s and BBB by Scope Ratings. The net proceeds of the potential bond offering will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing of existing indebtedness.
