Zurich Finance (Ireland) DAC, guaranteed by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, has mandated Citibank, HSBC and UBS Investment Bank as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on Tuesday, 16-Jun-26.

A new Reg S USD (Bearer) benchmark 7-year Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured transaction, which is expected to be rated Aa3/AA- (Moody's/S&P), will be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions. Relevant stabilisation regulation applies, including FCA/ICMA.
